Barnert Medical Arts Complex

Muhlenberg Medical Arts Complex

1280 Randolph Road, Plainfield, NJ 07514

The Muhlenberg Hospital, once Plainfield's largest employer, has been shutdown since 2008. CHA was selected by the City of Plainfield and JFK to repurpose the facility, bringing healthcare services, jobs and a tax ratable to this shuttered facility.

Memorial Hospital of Salem County

CHA in in the process of acquiring the Memorial Hospital of Salem County from CHS. CHA will preserve the Community Hospital and meet other healthcare needs of the Community.

Rockaway Medical Arts Complex

105 Rockaway Beach Boulevard, Queens, NY 11694

The Rockaway Medical Arts Complex is a new, 55,000 square foot medical office building being developed on the former Keyfoods site. The Property is being co-anchored by South Nassau Communites Hospital and Rockaways ASC Development.

East Hanover Senior Care Facility

1 South Ridgedale Avenue, East Hanover, NJ 07936

CHA acquired the former Novartis office building with plans to repurpose the facility into a Long-Term Care and Assisted Living Facility, providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care and other services. CHA will commence the renovation summer 2018 and plans to open in 2019.

Kessler Medical Arts Complex

600 S White Horse Pike, Hammonton, NJ 08037

The Kessler Medical Arts Complex, acquired by CHA in October 2011, is a nearly 100,000 square foot facility that is currently undergoing a total overhaul of building systems and technologies, and is poised to become a focal point for healthcare delivery in Hammonton and beyond. Greenville Medical Arts Complex

1825 John F Kennedy Blvd W, Jersey City, NJ 07305

In August 2013, CHA purchased Greenville Hospital, a closed 100-bed general acute-care hospital that once served the medical needs of residents of Hudson County. CHA completed a comprehensive gut renovation and reopened this facility in Q2 2015 as the Greenville Medical Arts Complex, which is currently 100% occupied.
